How do you keep members safe?
Optional free ID verification, video verification with a moderator, AI and human moderation of photos and messages, instant blocking and in-app reporting. Your real name, email and exact location are never shown on your profile.
Does VIP renew automatically, and can I cancel?
Weekly, monthly, 3-month and 6-month plans renew automatically at the same rate until you cancel; 12-month plans do not renew. You can cancel at any time through Support or the chat bot, and you keep VIP until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling doesn't delete your profile. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where your local law gives you a right to a refund. Full details are in our Terms.
